For over a decade, my practice has grown through referrals and clients who return when they need a tune up. My Therapeutic Philosophy is simple and powerful: Individuals must be a part of their own solutions. I empower clients to recognize their success comes from within-rooted in their own insights, efforts and resilience. My experience is intentionally broad, allowing me to support a wide range of concerns, including child development and behavioral issues, individual and couples counseling, adolescence, vocational and employment challenges, advocacy and life coaching as well as chronic disease management. I use a multi layered approach that begins with listening without judgement to understand each individual as a person. I work to identify your strengths and resilience. My practice supports individuals navigating trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. I've been honored with the Allentown Human Relations Award the Northampton County Suicide Prevention Award.
