Let me help you with depression and anxiety and relationship difficulties. I work to help people move forward when they feel stuck in unhealthy patterns of feelings and behaviors. My belief is that we all have within us the capacity to flourish if the obstacles to doing that are identified and removed. I like to work with people who are committed to their healing and prepared to risk changing in order to thrive. I have experience helping clients heal from childhood trauma, from grief and loss of all kinds, from constant worry, and from persistent negative ideas about themselves. My approach is collaborative and interactive.
