As a first-generation Filipina American, I understand what it's like to navigate life between cultures while trying to honor your roots and discover your own voice. I support Asian and BIPOC Millennials and Gen Z navigating family and life challenges, identity shifts, trauma, and building self-esteem rooted in self-compassion. As your therapist, I'm as human as you are. While I bring that humanity into our work, I hold my professionalism so that our space stays steady, safe, and centered on you.
