I believe that humans have the capacity to grow and change. I strive to create a compassionate and caring environment for my clients. My goal is to work closely with each client's needs and help them find their path to good mental health. Life, at times, is simply hard and is important to build the resiliency to get through it and to live a life with purpose and be goal driven. I currently work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, loss, addictions, and psychological symptoms that are hard to understand.
