About

Many of my individual clients are experiencing a difficult personal relationship, a challenge on the job, pressing family issues, or a life transition. Some are coping with loss, depression, alienation, and anxiety. In my work with couples, we focus on communication; conflict resolution; emotional regulation; setting boundaries; intimacy. Also, I am committed to cultural understanding and have worked with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. In all cases, I am working with clients to help them experience enhanced well-being within themselves and with other important people in their lives.
