My name is Marie Cadet. I am a Mental Health Counselor with over 11 years of clinical experience. I have worked with adults, seniors, men, women, young and young adults with many concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, marriage, and divorce. My most common theoretical approaches are CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, the Gotten Method, Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
