In therapy I support each of my clients to work toward finding hope, healing, growth, and in building healthy relationships. I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I have training in TAC, TF-CBT, EMDR, and DBT. I have experience working with victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect, conducting child and adolescent counseling, and am happy to incorporate spiritual beliefs of each client in sessions. Most importantly, therapy will always be personalized to meet the emotional and mental needs of each person individually.
