Hi there, I'm Marie, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I help people with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, codependency, job stress, grief, coping skills, life transitions, and more. I favor using a family system and Rogerian approach along with cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques and motivational interviewing. These focus on awareness of the whole - how everything connects within oneself, their family, community, and society in general. I focus on working with people who are ready to make positive changes, is open to introspection, and is motivated to risk healthier ways of being.
