I support individuals and couples in healing trauma and relationships. When life becomes uncertain, we often experience new or returning feelings of anxiety, depression, general malaise, and even grief. Trauma is addressed as it impacts connection and conflict cycles in our relationships. Parenting stressors and aging parents are also common themes in clients I support. Sessions will be challenging, as steps are taken to make change and deepen emotional safety and connection.
