My work is rooted in a desire to support others in recognizing and resolving whatever holds them back, whether that's conscious or unconsciously held beliefs; internalized messages received from family, culture, or a sick society; grief, loss, anxiety, depression, or the challenge of navigating major life transitions. I believe we each hold the wisdom and power to build and sustain meaningful careers, relationships, and lives, even amid circumstances and pasts that are beyond our control.
