I work with middle-aged adults navigating chronic stress, anxiety, pain, and grief. Many arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a gentle, compassionate space with personalized yoga therapy and nervous system support. My intention is to walk alongside my clients as they find relief, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of balance, ease, and wholeness—so they can feel more at home in themselves again.
