My ideal client is open to the process of therapy and allows our work together to be collaborative. I have experience helping clients work through stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger/frustrations, grief/loss, and much more. As someone who has sat in both chairs (the therapist's and the client's), I know how nerve-wracking therapy can feel when you first get started. If you are willing to push through some of those initial discomforts and engage in the process, I have no doubts that you will gain valuable insight and experience personal growth. My sole purpose as your therapist is to listen, build relationship, and help you get where you want to be. I believe that therapy is collaborative and transformative.
