I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (Lic 134468) who treats adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in treating Eating Disorders and the most common co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My therapeutic approach can be described as collaborative, educational, and solution-focused. I utilize various theoretical approaches depending on the needs of each individual. Techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy provide coping strategies to manage and decrease negative thoughts and physical reactions.
