One of my areas of interest is helping people recover from dysfunctional relationships and narcissistic abuse. These toxic relationships can leave you feeling depressed, anxious, and disempowered. Therapy with me is educational and empowering. You will learn how to cope with life's problems, deal with challenging people, and have healthy boundaries.
