If you are struggling with understanding yourself, being compassionate to yourself, or feeling overwhelmed, reach out! My goal is to foster a space where you can notice what you are feeling and process your hurt while learning to be more compassionate to yourself. My ideal client is a big feeler and curious about themselves. Clients describe me as engaged, warm, and willing to give a gentle push. I work from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and health at every size lens. I work mainly with adults and some queer couples.
