Mental health and therapy are not our cultural norm but we've tried doing it all on our own! My clients are perfectionists that have tried to deal with anxiety, social anxiety, and depression by asking Chat, reading books, listening to podcasts, and scrolling through social media. Their anxiety often affects work, family, friendships, health or relationships. As a 1st-generation Filipino American therapist with lived experience, I provide culturally attuned services to ambitious Filipino Americans, Asian Americans, and adults with immigrant parents.
