I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have worked in the Mental Health field since 2016. I help adolescents and adult clients experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, family issues, grief, and women's issues. I work with my clients via telehealth. I assist my clients in identifying triggers and uncomfortable emotions to help them build their toolbox of coping skills. The treatment modalities I utilize in treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
