With compassion and understanding, I work collaboratively with each individual to help them build on their unique strengths whilst moving forward. I can help you overcome challenges by breaking negative cycles of interaction, healing connections and improving communication. Areas of interest include: relationships, PTSD, trauma, DID, depression, anxiety, and grief/loss. I have training in EMDR, and my approach is solution focused, narrative and cognitive behavioral.
