My style as a therapist is authentic and open. I believe that entering therapy, sharing your inner world, requires feeling safe, understood, and connected. My priority is to build a trusting relationship where you feel free to explore and express all parts of yourself. I view each person as the expert of their own experience. At the same time, I recognize how our unconscious lives often shape us in ways we don’t always see, sometimes surfacing as pain or conflict. Within that pain lies the possibility for growth.
