Therapy is so much more than talking about your feelings while someone nods from across the room. It is a collaborative and supportive relationship that challenges you, encourages you, and walks beside you as you grow. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, one where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to make meaningful change. No two stories are the same, which is why I tailor my approach to meet each client exactly where they are. I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, low self esteem, and relationship concerns.
