I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to providing a supportive and collaborative space for children, adolescents, and adults to navigate the challenges they face in dealing with stressful life situations. In my over 15 years of experience in educational, mental health, and family service settings, my work has focused on helping children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, loneliness, social-emotional, and learning challenges. Different approaches will be explored to meet each individual’s needs, taking into account families' cultural values and beliefs. I offer individual sessions, as well as support for families and caregivers who want to better understand and help the young adults in their lives. I work with clients in a partnership to support them in a compassionate environment as well as strategizing and empower them to become effective self advocates.
