Welcome! Alpine Meadows Counseling provides professional counseling services for individuals, couples and families. Currently, I do not have openings for couples or families. I work with individuals with a variety of issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, stress, grief/loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self esteem/personal growth, adolescent issues, behavioral problems, intimacy, communication and divorce. I have additional training in couples and family therapy.
