This may include learning new coping skills, having a safe place to reflect and improve communication as well as utilizing clinical interventions to reduce symptoms. My goal is to support you in overcoming issues that prevent a deeper sense of purpose, self-awareness, and joy in your life. Years of experience as a social worker developed in me, a belief that all people can overcome challenges, by improving their abilities and skills to navigate past and present struggles. I am a believer that the therapeutic process must be person-centered and established with a respectful and energized connection between counselor and client.
