If you are feeling depressed, anxious, not Enjoying life, I would like to help you feel better. I also work with people who have eating disorders,anorexiabulimia, ARFID and binge eating disorder. I have a lot of experience and training. Since the Pandemic, I’ve been seeing people virtually, but I will now also be. Able to see clients in my new office in Glenview. So I’m available to see clients who live in Illinois either by Telehealth or In person. Free parking in the Glenview office. Evening and weekend appointments. I am trained in several kinds of therapy. Psychodynamic ( looking back at issues from our childhood) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy often called CBT. This method can help you learn to spot errors in how you think about some things and learn to view things in different ways. I tailor treatment to the individual. One size doesn’t fit everyone.
