I see therapy as an adventure in which people join with the therapist in exploration. This journey eventually leads to clarity about available choices. People as a rule, want to do better, and be better but lack the tools. My goal is to help people break problems down, embrace personal uniqueness, mourn losses which are often the result of trauma, gain new perspectives, develop skills and make clear, sometimes very different choices.
