Do you often feel overwhelmed by anxiety or stress? Are you drinking more than you’d like, maybe as a way to cope? You’re not alone, and there is support available. The Personalizing Treatment Delivery (PTD) study is designed to help folks reduce stress, manage anxiety, and gain control over drinking habits. Together, we can work toward meaningful and lasting change View 5 Photos The PTD study provides 11 no-cost counseling sessions focused on your experiences with stress, anxiety, and drinking. Sessions are offered via Zoom or in New Brunswick, NJ. Participation includes completing brief smartphone surveys (up to 14 weeks) and two assessment sessions ($30 e-gift card/assessment).
