I believe the relationship between a client and therapist is sacred. I think therapy is a reciprocal process, and I have learned a great deal of life lessons from my clients. I customize my approach based on my client's needs, values, and/or willingness to gently explore a new framework. There are benefits to talk therapy and immense benefits to somatic based practices. I invite my clients to tune in to the ways their bodies communicate with them on a daily basis and to use that information to improve their relationships with themselves and others.
