You’ve considered trying out therapy and now you are ready and looking for the right person. You want practical methods and productive sessions that empower you and equip you outside of therapy? You may not even know where to start because there is so much to say. You want someone who will really listen, emotionally support, and help you find a helpful perspective. I require all new clients to have a free phone consult with me to ensure we are a good fit before investing time and resources. I work really hard for my clients but I cannot work harder. This journey is yours, and I’d be so honored to be part of it. I offer various therapeutic approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and EFT. My services include individual and couples therapy. I also offer psychoeducational group (or skills training) therapy, both in-person and online, tailored to help develop coping strategies and achieve emotional wellness.
