My goal is to help you manage life’s challenges. I specialize in working in the area of anxiety; helping to demystify anxiety, teaching clients to manage their emotions, and working with you to face new situations and challenges. Anxiety management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Social Thinking are some of the strategies that I use to support my clients. In addition to anxiety, I support people who care for their loved ones during times of illness. I also have experience treating clients diagnosed with ADHD, social interaction problems, eating struggles, and learning differences.
