I have over 20 years experience specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety, and specific phobias. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages individually and in groups utilizing cognitive behaviorial techniques and supportive psychotherapy to help my clients rein in their anxiety and face their fears.
