Reaching out for help is often intimidating, especially if you're unsure where to begin. Everyone’s therapeutic process will look different, and I’m eager to work with you to discover what that will be. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is most important in this process, and I understand the need to find a good fit. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, significant life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, etc., I will walk with you along your path to healing. Therapy can be a tool to increase self-compassion, understand our emotions, improve relationships, and offer healing. I work with individuals and couples.
