Many people come to me because they feel "stuck" despite having been in therapy that is primarily talking with the therapist. They still struggle with not being able to ask for what they want, set the boundaries they need, feel depressed and anxious, have negative- critical self talk making them feel unappreciated, unlovable, unworthy, frustrated, and dissatisfied with who they are They are struggling in relationships with friends, family, and colleagues. They want to be free of their emotional suffering, negative beliefs, and maladaptive behaviors to be fully present in their life and relationships and have clarity & confidence.
