My therapeutic emphasis is on our working together collaboratively to explore, in the moment and in the context of your life, your relationship with yourself and others, present and past. You may want to take on unfinished life business or explore life meaning and spirituality. We will aim to make conscious those feelings, thoughts, and attitudes that have been ignored, because they can find ways of expression that take on a life of their own, disrupting our lives and leaving us disoriented or lacking balance in our lives.
