About

With over 30 years of experience, I collaborate with my clients to discover their strengths and build skills for healing and growth. Narcissistic abuse. Trauma. Young adults. Grief. Family members of those struggling with addiction. I’m able to serve a wide variety of clients by drawing on evidence-based approaches to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. I utilize approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, client-centered, trauma-informed, and more. Everyone is different, so sessions are customized to what will be most helpful.
