Life is so beautiful, watching waves roll on the sand. Life can also be hard and painful, as living amidst anger, betrayal and heartbreak in broken intimacy. In between are all the colors of a rainbow. Whether you're feeling despair or grief, loneliness or confusion or just 'stuck', reaching out is a brave beginning! To make changes we must change something. If your circumstance can't, then your thinking must. I will seek to be an accepting companion walking alongside you.
