I work with individuals and couples who are confident in some areas of their life, such as career, friendships or creative pursuits, and are struggling/seeking support in other areas pertaining to one or more relationships and/or life transitions. I believe happy, healthy relationships and active participation in life happens when people question their thoughts, feel their feelings, discover safety and connection in the present, continue learning about their environment, take care of their bodies, accept the Grace of a Higher Power, and trust their power to create a life that mirrors the Love that they are.
