About
I help couples and individuals stuck in unsatisfying, repetitive patterns find clarity and regain momentum. I have a warm, collaborative and direct style. My work is informed by years of postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, a form of treatment that aims to fully resolve underlying causes of our distress. Additionally, I draw on the latest research in neuroscience and attachment theory, all of which allow me to formulate an approach that will be most effective for your particular circumstances. In addition to my private practice, I teach graduate and post-graduate clinical courses at Boston College, Boston Psychoanalytic Institute and Society, and Psychodynamic Couple and Family Institute of New England and I co-direct a post-graduate fellowship that offers advanced training for therapists interested in deepening their skills.
