My work is focused on getting you results you can feel right away. I specialize in Rapid Resolution Therapy with over 1,000 hours of advanced training, and experience as an Associate Trainer. RRT quickly clears trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain at the root. I also draw on mind–body approaches, breathwork, guided imagery, and talk therapy. My style is warm, direct, and laser-focused on helping you create lasting change.
