I believe therapy is a space where relationships can heal and self-understanding can grow—not just to ease distress, but to help you reconnect with hope, joy, and meaningful connection. I authentically show up as calm, warm, and bring a sense of humor, aiming to create a space where clients can feel safe being their full, authentic self. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults—whether individually or in couples and relationship therapy. I support clients navigating a range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship dynamics, life transitions, gender identity and sexuality.
