Family is one of the most beautiful and important aspects of our lives. Navigating childhood and adolescence can be overwhelming, frustrating, challenging and confusing, at times. I use a strength-based approach through Integrative therapeutic modalities to build insight, self-esteem, confidence, balanced life, build connections and help find a client’s voice. I also help children and teens identify triggers, explore coping skills, learn self-advocacy, goal setting and how to live a healthier, happier life. I believe that a healthy family is at the core of well-adjusted happy children. I offer both individual and family therapy.
