I provide counseling to older children (9 and older), adolescents, and young adults (18-25). Children and adolescents often struggle to communicate their emotions and needs effectively, change negative patterns of thinking, and regulate their emotions appropriately. I have over 10 years of experience working with depression, mood disorders, self-harming/suicidal thoughts, behavioral (exposure) therapy, social anxiety, phobias, social skills training, parent management training, and trauma.
