My ideal clients are adults who feel stuck in patterns of emotional avoidance, shutdown, or disconnection, especially in relationships or within themselves. They may struggle to name what they feel, tend to push through discomfort, or pull away when things feel hard. With my work informed by Internal Family Systems therapy, we focus on developing a clearer understanding of what is happening internally, how different responses have formed, and how to relate to them with more clarity and self trust. This work supports staying more present, engaged, and grounded in daily life and relationships.
