As a family-focused therapist, my goal is to support and foster a positive relationship within your family unit and find ways to support different types of relational connection. I also support adults that struggle to express themselves; "I don't know why I respond like that", unable to meet their emotional needs; "I don't know where to start" and those who find it difficult to connect with others; "I don't have people I can trust or that I can tell this to." My expertise lies in supporting children and families, cultivated through extensive experience in non-profit and county settings. I effectively assist children facing a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, phobias, substance use, and oppositional defiance.
