I have been practicing as a therapist in Tampa Bay for over 20 years. I view each person as unique and the specific therapeutic technique chosen for the person depends upon the type problem presented and the specific needs. In the first session, problems are assessed and identified and goals are established and a specific plan to meet the goals is developed. My task as therapist is to teach the skills and knowledge needed so that my clients have the skills to be their "own therapists" when therapy is completed.
