I work with adults, families, and trauma survivors. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and feelings of low self worth and the stress that it brings to everyday life. I am dedicated to the care of trauma survivors stemming from abuse, assault, or family crises. My goal is to provide individuals with a set of useful tools to cope with these difficulties as they navigate their day to day life. It is not easy to step forward and ask for help but my practice is a warm and accepting environment where people can heal in order to build inner strength and resilience.
