My work includes somatic, nervous system–informed approaches to help you feel more grounded as we explore setting clearer boundaries, saying “no” with confidence, and saying “yes” with intention and enthusiasm. I work primarily with adults, yet have experience working with all populations, which has helped me relate to my clients on many levels. I also am a Certified Professional Coach and utilize these skills in my Solution Focused Style. I use a collaborative approach to therapy and your feedback is essential!
