I help humans who want to work on themselves, gain insight, and confidence through self discovery by giving them an open, accepting, non-judgmental environment where they can feel safe to resolve any challenges. Do you feel stuck, frustrated and/or having a hard time coping with life's challenges? What if you could have someone present to help you reach your goals for more self confidence, belonging and empowerment? Sometimes the path to reaching your goals isn't always clear and at times we may need someone to help us process specific situations, traumatic events and triggers. Using a focus on relationships, I work with individuals, couples, and families to obtain a sense of overall well-being and balance. My hope is that after working together towards your identified goals, you will feel empowered and motivated. I am also experienced in using EMDR and CPT to reduce the distressing feelings following a traumatic event.
