Therapy should be a place where you can fully be yourself, feel heard and supported. That is the type of atmosphere I try to create within sessions. With a person-centered approach we will work on the matters that are most important to you and find interventions that work in your life. Therapy can be hard and challenging, I will be by your side the entire way to provide support, validation and new approaches to help you handle the hard times.
