LPC in NJ, PA and SC I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience providing therapeutic services for adults and adolescents with emotional and behavioral issues. My specialties include working with individuals with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship problems, low self-esteem, school related issues, crisis and other emotional difficulties. I have several years of experience working with adolescent girls and women with negative body image and self-esteem and have had extensive training specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. I am passionate about my work and use a relational framework with specific interventions to support the development of self-esteem, positive body image and healthy relationships with both food and family. My approach is eclectic, using primarily cognitive-behavioral techniques to help individuals understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behavior.
