My therapeutic passion is supporting adults and children as we work through their trauma experiences. My background as an adoption’s therapist allowed me to work closely with children from hard places, and the skills I developed there, naturally carried over to my work with adults. My primary modalities include EMDR Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, somatic work, and attachment-focused approaches.
